这里不是谈邮资起价的事,而是要提到邮箱暴满后,可以任意伸手进入邮箱拿出邮件的事。
特别是在一连几天的开斋节假日过后，也就是、尤其是恢复工作日的前一天，许多邮箱都爆满，任何人可以伸手进入邮箱，拿出邮件。

这不是笑话，是真的有这样的事。

寄出去的平邮，虽然不属于很重要的邮件，但绝不能由于这样而使到寄信人不知信件的去向，再说许多邮件合起来的邮资，也是一个很大的数目。
这也是造成邮件遗失的原因之一。
邮政局管理层理应妥善处理此事，否则许多邮件便会不明不白的遗失掉。
